H.P Lovecraft Film Festival- Tickets Available

This weekend, enjoy the 24th annual H.P Lovecraft film festival at The Hollywood Theatre. Lovecraft is known for creating horrors that have changed the very mythos of our world. His creatures, such as the Great Old Ones, Cthulhu and Shub-Niggurath, have permeated the darkest corners of the horror genre since their creation. Gather this weekend to celebrate the dark mind that was H.P Lovecraft.
New Wave Halloween Party- $8

If you love haunted houses and corn mazes, this is the event for you. These are haunted corn mazes, which sound like an epic experience. This event is not intended for children.
"This IS NOT a corn maze!! There will be multiple mazes based on some of the scariest characters and movies from the last 2 decades. Some but not all will be from The Conjuring Universe, IT, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Jeepers Creepers and Silent Hill."

Science is just magnificent. So is Halloween music, so the Science Center mashed the two together and created a Halloween laser show that is sure to get you in the spooky mood. This show happens a few times this month so be sure to check out their events page!

Let's just say, this will be fun-gis. Get it… fun, guys? Come out to Sunriver to enjoy the weird greatness of mushrooms. Over one hundred species, food trucks, mushroom products, and fun. This event will have it all.

If you have never had the chance to listen to The Shivas, you should change that immediately. Here is your chance! The Shivas have a unique retro sound that is reminiscent of 60's psychedelic rock, with some songs like "You Make Me Wanna Die" bringing a 50's doo wop vibe. The Shivas will be playing songs from their new album Dark Thoughts at the Volcanic Theatre Pub, with local band Helga opening.

"In the centuries-old tradition farmers used to save their crops, you can make your own scarecrow. When you’ve completed your scarecrow, you can enter it in the Scarecrow Contest and compete for a People’s Choice Award, OR you can take your scarecrow home with you. And, while you’re at the farm, plan to take a hayride, paint a pumpkin or bob for an apple, and tour the historic Hanley House!"
